so,
to rhyme with 'Love 'em and leave 'em',
for 'small mosaic',
you sing 'opuscule musivum'
and mean the same thing.

An optometer is
an opsiometer,
so,
at a stretch,
an optometrist is
an opsio.

A 'whinger' is a 'kvetch'.
