I've lived my life on the river
Going with the flow
Even when the muddy waters
Has taken its toll

Navigating my waters
Discovering the ways of me
Through this winding river
I'll find my place to be

Currents can be turbulent
As life changes course
Riding out the rapids
Avoiding the undertow
