Sadness Poem by sheetal Vincent

Sadness

A prodigious feeling, relishing every moment
Savoring every ounce of joy that it fetches,
Emancipating inner self, like a bird let out of its cage
Erasing every confusing thought
Cascading over the many tides life has set,
Feeling empty and resenting every dropp of happiness

Keeping memories that recuperate,
Convincing self sabotage is fruitless.
Reigniting ashes, disregard for everything controlling
Letting imperfect hands mold perfections.

Baffled without knowing the path,
Walking with a fear of getting lost
Waiting for a chance of redemption,
Clenching every memory, leaving behind scars
Trying to blow away the billows as they move closer
Each day awakened with replenished spirit.
