Sanctification Poem by Sanjib Saha

Sanctification

Purify my dreams, Mother -
grasp life thus,
As I once held my hand
to the flame,
Touching a thousand hands, igniting life
In human hearts.

I've touched humanity,
and humanity alone,
So all waves overwhelm,
the ocean engulfs.
The goddess returns
after immersion.
A new celebration begins
through divine enlightenment
and human refinement.

The goddess never dies.
