Sane Poem by Nightshade Starlight

Sane

Lips sealed closed, wrapped in chains.
Mind awake, eyes wide.
Someone is controlling the reigns,
I’m being swept away in a tide.
Reality lost in pleasant dreams.
Wishing my dreams were real,
Large tears spill over like streams.
My fate has been sealed.
A feeling is starting to consume.
Lost forever in a forgotten world,
As the blackness looms,
Everything is becoming uncurled.
My life, forever stained
It’s difficult to keep myself sane.
