Scared
I'm scared to let go
to let my heart
say goodbye
to my one and only love.
I'm afraid of being alone.
I'm afraid of holding on
to something that might
let me down and leave me
to drown.
I'm scared of everything
and the only thing
I'm sure of is that
I love you,
and that scares me too.
