Scorned Victims Poem by cathrine ellis

Scorned Victims

As if there is no shame
Different victims by the days
You recieve whats been thrown your way
Never ending soul ties

Like a well kept promise, never the same voice
What you thought was chemistry
Turns out to be nothing....
The hurt makes its way to pains noise...
Laughter

Which is the cover for tear drops
For the thrill and after shock
Holding it together while shaking
All the mistakes not worth making
Heart, soon will be braking

You were the bait
Like a creeping grin
Cant resist the rest of the sin
Falling while jumping
bliss with every touch and
Then away it slips
Leaving a trail of a kiss
But then vanishes like it never were there

The love that was made
No knowledge of names
Is a lover scorned

Without a frame
The picture perfect moments erased
And all of the victims were waiting in vain
All to soon find out
That the love they thought was there, now snatched away
Never to let the word 'love' from their lips escape.
