Second Unsent Letter To Ann Poem by Abel Bolaños

Second Unsent Letter To Ann

Rating: 4.0

Summer was never so warm
As the snowy night we laid
By the heart of the fire
Downstairs.
We were so close, all
I heard was our breathing,
And our hearts' beating
In sync to one rythm.
I held you tightly,
Afraid to hurt you but
We had to be closer for this.
Our hands intertwined,
Your gentle hands...
Our lips touched,
Your sweet lips...

I leaned forward,
'Brittany, I love you.'

Snow fell outside.
We kissed for hours.
We'll kiss for years.
Inside, we fell too.

I miss you Brittany Ann.
