Secrets Poem by Nightshade Starlight

Something dark and hidden
Underneat the surface.
So long it has been kept
Locked and Hidden away.
What would happen
If it's revealed now?
These are our secrets,
These are our desires.
If anyone finds out
What would we do.
These are our secrets
Meant to be kept hidden,
Meant to never see the light of day.
We'll just keep them locked away.
These are our secrets,
These are our dreams.
Maybe even our desires
That never were meant to be there.
We all have them,
Just there.
No matter who we are.
Daugher, Son,
Wife, Husband,
Brother, Sister,
It doesn't really matter.
Everyone has their secrets
And that's the way it will always be.
