Self-Portrait Poem by Sangnam Nam

Self-Portrait

Turning around the mount slope I find a lone well near the rice-field and look inside
In the well, there is the moon bright the cloud floating the sky spreading
the wind blowing blue and there is the autumn
And there is this man

I for some reason hate him so I go back to where I came from
While going back, I think and feel sorry for him. I then turn around and return to the well and find him still there.

I again start to hate him so I go back to where I came from
While going back, I think and I miss him

In the well, there is the moon bright the cloud floating the
sky spreading the wind blowing blue and there is the autumn
and there is this man like a long- lost nostalgia
