Sensory Reflections Poem by Hannah La Gaire

Sensory Reflections

I see the ocean before I go to bed
I hear the whispers all around me
I smell the odors of everyone surrounding me
I touch the carvings on my dresser and wonder why
I taste the tears running down my face
I feel like I do not belong here
