Serenity (11) Poem by Raquel Angel Nagler

Serenity (11)

Lately evenings come
Like a new kind of silence:
The inner weight trickling from my body,
The mercy of sleep at the edge of the darkness,
The quiet pillow under my head:
Healer of dreams.
