oh how lovely
the daffodils do sing
and the breeze of summers
brings shadows of delight.
on a life lived in plenty
plenty of love and lust
of sorrows and sunshine
of a wondrous serenity
in your arms.
we found
as we lost
a day here
and a moment there
but today and tomorrow
cannot compare
the heavenly moments
we do now share.
serenity
oh my lovely friend
that is what we found
in each other's trifling arms.
