Serpent Poem by Johann Graham

Serpent

Movement in the grass.
Sweet beauty cries.
Poison runs fast.
Sweet beauty dies.
Powerful creature,
quickly it crawls.
Man attempts to capture.
Man quickly falls.
Another stands last.
To conquer he tries.
He dies fast.
Serpent arise!
