You said that we will stay in touch.
You said that this is not the end.
And I believed you, 'cause it hurt too much
To loose you then and there forever.

You went away, you fell in love I hear.
You left behind the passions of the past.
I'm not allowed to call you or to see you.
There is no place for me in your new life.

And here I am alone with only pain,
With only tears to warm my face at night.
Why did you have to promise something vain?
Why did you give me hope if even slight?
