tears are strong feelings, from deep
within the heart, words that cannot be
fully expressed.don't be shy, shed them.


when led in a road of thorns, when
earth swallows your beloved, when hurt,
when in terrible pain, when a heartbroken,
don't be shy, shed them.


let your eyes get flooded, let your face
burn, as they roll.let the wind stand still, let
the air give way, and let the earth tremble,
at the fall of your tears.don't be shy, shed
them.


do not hold them, do not hide them, pretend
not to be strong.for as they flow, they take away
part of your sorrow, and pain.don't be shy, shed
them.
