Shipwreck Poem by HannahJane Brazier

Shipwreck

The waves where smashing
The lightning crashing
The clouds where like midnight
And there was no one in sight
I thought I was going to die
I was trying not cry
The fire was blazing
The fright was amazing
Screaming all over the place
I was not in this case
Hell was here
You could feel the fear
The only way out
Without a dough
Was off the ship
Every where was a tip
Frantically swimming away
To where I could stay
Oh what a day
