Distracted by sensationalism,
Can't think straight,
My voice comes out:

I'm a top-notch American historian.
Don't remember nuttin'
Don't really care,
But I'm all we got, baby!

I'm a typical American citizen.
Lemmings off a cliff?
Let's see where they are going!
Maybe they know where the party is! ! !
