Silence Poem by Rebecca Stansfield

Silence

I smile at you-
Your face hidden in the window.
Some time ago since I last saw you,
I expect you're deciding to go.

I smile at you-
Your eyes reflecting back at me through the puddles so.
I don't understand your silence,
Your smile in-printed in the footprinted snow.
