Silence In The Meadow Poem by Sans Serif

Silence In The Meadow

Walk out into the meadow,
Look up.
The sky is open to us all.
Walk out into the meadow,
Sit down.
The ground welcomes us in.
Walk out into the meadow,
Listen.
Now you hear them,
The birds and the bees,
The flowers and the trees,
They speak in a language
so beautiful you can only
Hear it when you
Become
Peace of mind.
It speaks to you
Of the secrets
They know.
Do what you must
To hear.
(Whispers)
They heard me?
(Whispers)
They speak to me.
(Whispers)
I'm coming home.
(Silence)
