Silently She Dies.. Poem by Afreen Khan

The footsteps were heard,
a girl was walking slowly.
Her head was bowed down,
and a blue diary in her hand.
She sits under a huge tree,
digs her head between her legs.
She weeps, cries and sobs,
until the eye's colour changes to red.
She tries to control herself,
but her heart does'nt agree to.
She opens her blue diary,
and starts scribbling on each page,
until she could control herself.
She tears the pages into pieces,
and throws it in the puddle.
There is no one near her,
no one to comfort her.
She rests her head to the bark,
and starts thinking deeply.
There is complete silence,
except the roar of the breeze.
She slowly closes her eyes,
and never opens it again....
