Silver Lining.. Poem by Winter Blooming

It so heavy, choking me from inside..
No silver lining, while I watch the sun hide..
Even on the inside, I could feel the light die..
It's so heavy, weighing on me..
Uncertainty casting a dark shadow..
Trying to swim on the shore, seeing it getting far very far away..
Watching the land slide, storm taking over the paradise..
The need to hold on to something, weighing so heavy on me..
Want this night to end, wishing for a sunrise..
Not letting go the last hope, waiting for the sun to rise..
I'll bear the burden even if it weighs heavy on my shoulder..
Even when it's easy to leave & not drift back to the old crashing dreams..
Happiness has no guarantee..
Still I seek with only perseverance on my side..
Even with so many uncertainties I hope to bathe in sunlight..
One day back to my paradise..
Not frightened with the shadows..
