Sister's Grand Affection - Poem by William Miftah

Riding on the back of wind
Crossing the sweet scent of transition
from the thirsting confusion
to the fresh rice field hometown

I just wish you get well soon
I'm missing your fading eyes
your wise face and your cute lips
even your rare voices and laughs

But why do you make me
so unsure and afraid
every time you annoy me
on my prayers and recitation

I'm afraid if I hurt yours
I must blame myself if I waste you
You my glowing star as best as woman
If only I can give my heart to you
because I feel yours cascading me

Please always be my brother
wherever you are, until whenever
no matter we don't always meet anymore
Because I can not lose
a brother as good as you

I couldn't be present
for your last ceremony
and your last praying for our success
I can not but lie in my disorder
so I lose my days within you

But please don't cry on me
I'm gloomy for your unpresent
Because you are more than just star
Whatever and wherever I wanna be
that I always observe you

Better if I be the Saturn
and please be my ring
so I have you as my jewel
and we'll always be together

You my glowing star as best as woman
If only I can give my heart to you
because I feel yours cascading me

Riding on the back of wind
Crossing the sweet scent of transition
After the cold black dawn
come the merciful golden east

The hail keeps falling you suffer
but I don't have any helping hand
Only wish however you recover

Chat with my moonlight about you
Greet our morning sun to smile you
If only they can bring you to me

Because I'll do the same
If I have a beautiful daughter
You are precious, have you realized?
So when you aren't home yet
they do never stop praying and praying

You have a gentle hair as black as darkness
but your silky veil covers her
You have a smooth skin as white as light
but your faithful gown packs her

Never touch my leather of fire
You're binding my calm mind
I'm awfully frightened in the presence
of your righteous smile and conundrum
feel I can't protect my heart from you

Every time you come annoying me
on my prayers and recitation
You my glowing star as best as woman
If only I can give my heart to you
because I feel yours cascading me

I always see you special
You decent to have a special place
on their looking eyes

You are so kind with me
I'm so lucky to know you
We are lucky to know each other
You never bother nor disturb me
You are humble to everyone
And I learn much from you

Sir, would you really call me dear?
You make my heart beats rapidly, hanni!

Staring straight at the mountain
Sister and brother holding each other
In my arms of pale heart
Just let it be a future sight
encoring our last resort
