Snapped Poem by azmat naushad asif

Snapped

If only I had
lend my hand to help,
I would have walked
my head holding high.
The Pulitzer prize grazing
my living room, instead of my epitaph.
I would have lived with my concise,
rejoicing than being the motivation for my death
