Snow At Night
With watching eyes
I see the snow fall.
So peaceful and white.
Yet so cold and wet to touch,
But with sunlight of the morning day
Will wash all peace a fray.
So I hope night shall stay
For as long as I'm awake.
I want this moment so simple an fresh,
Just like the morning, crisp.
Just like the grass with due,
And just like a peaceful morning with
You.
