Snow Is Falling Poem by Jordan Aston

Snow Is Falling

The snow is falling, can't you see?
As angels are placed on the Christmas tree
The presents opened bringing hope and joy
As children get their dream toy

The food is great, and can you hear?
The sound of families with Christmas cheer
Crackers pulled and prizes won
A quiet cacophony of having fun

The sound of music, and what's that taste?
It's the taste of pudding, recently placed
Whilst chewing you wonder what Christmas is about
And then you hear an excited shout

Come here everyone, come to me
It's Santa Claus come and see
As people rush to the ‘scene of crime'
We see Santa for the first and final time
