Sometimes A Lie Is Love sometimes Truth Is Pain Poem by Aaron Dubbs

Sometimes A Lie Is Love sometimes Truth Is Pain

Some lie to deceive
Others lie to relieve
Many to hide the trick up their sleeve
Italians may lie because they geev

Even ones that love you may lie
They rather not have you cry
So they try and try and try

To make it TRUE

What if time starts to fly
And that lie is still a lie
You start to fight and say you can't DENY
WHY! ! ! ? ?

I don't deserve the truth
I don't deserve Ruby or Bubbe Ruth
It's my issue my fault if he knocks out my tooth

Kidnapped due to money I owe
Waiting to stab me outside my home
Took all their dope quick kick to my dome.

Kicked out of hotel when no other place to stay
What's worse a lie out of love or my truth I put play and yay over
Shelter for another day

Is it a lie or maybe high hopes
At if he lies he's trying
My truth is spending it all snorting ropes

He may lie but the truth is it is not even his concern
How long will it take before I learn?
