Song Of My Romance - Poem by Kathlyn Grace

The notes in a cemphony
they call out or names
they interwtine them in one another
and they make them float above the noise and pain

The notes in a concert hall
echo off the balcony
as they sift through the rows
and enter each heart making us that much more

The notes in a choir
they are heard above the din
as they glisten in the sun
and pour themselves along with rain
all the while bringing about our new meaning

The notes they harmonize
with all the rest of the world
they tell of a tale old and yet knew
and give a picture
of a cemphony at work
