Sonnet To Lord Bothwell - 12 Poem by Mary Stuart

Sonnet To Lord Bothwell - 12

Not seeing you, although you promised me,
I've taken pen and paper so to write
About a dispute that I would indite.
I do not know what your judgement may be
But I know well which one of us loves best.
You'll clearly tell which one shall gain the most.
