Soul Mates



what makes you think
my soul needs a mate?
my soul needs a break
not soup or a date

if it had been
that my chicken-sh*t side
was the one you loved most
then i'd say that you tried

but as it is now
i'll keep my soul crated
as far as i can
from getting it mated
