Spirit Of Africa (Volume 2) Poem by The Power_Palace.Poet_Union.Order Sir.

Spirit Of Africa (Volume 2)

Spirit of Africa,
Majestic and wild,
A land of beauty,
That leaves one beguiled.
From the vast savannah,
To the bustling cities,
Every inch holds a story,
Of ancient secrets and mysteries.
The beating drums,
Echo through the night,
As the fire crackles,
Guiding the spirits to take flight.
The red sun sets,
On the horizon's edge,
A golden glow lingers,
As the stars appear to pledge.
The rhythm of life,
Pulsates through the air,
As the people dance,
In a joyous affair.
The spirit of Africa,
Enchants all who see,
A land of contrasts,
A diverse beauty.
The mighty elephants,
Roam free and proud,
Their trumpets booming,
In nature's symphony loud.
The graceful giraffes,
With their long necks high,
Grazing amongst the trees,
Under the wide open sky.
The lions, kings of the land,
With their fierce golden manes,
Rule the savannah,
In a reign that never wanes.
But it's not just the animals,
That make Africa unique,
It's the people,
Whose spirits are as bold as can be.
With vibrant colors,
And bold tribal marks,
They tell a story,
Of their ancestors and their sparks.
The women, with their baskets,
On their heads they carry,
The fruits of their labor,
With pride that's not secondary.
The men, strong and proud,
With spears in their hands,
Protectors of their land,
For generations and lands.
But it's not just the people,
Or the animals that roam,
It's the spirit of Africa,
That makes it feel like home.
The ancient baobab trees,
With their trunks so wide,
Standing tall and strong,
As they watch over the tide.
The gentle baboons,
With their curious eyes,
Peeking through the bushes,
As the day fades and dies.
The majestic waterfalls,
That cascade with grace,
A soothing melody,
In this magical place.
The sandy deserts,
Stretching far and wide,
A barren beauty,
That takes one on a ride.
The spirit of Africa,
It's in the wind that blows,
In the sun that shines,
And in the river that flows.
It's in the laughter,
Of the children at play,
Their innocent joy,
A sight that lights the day.
It's in the kindness,
Of a stranger's smile,
Welcoming you with open arms,
For just a little while.
It's in the traditions,
Passed down and revered,
A way of life,
That's cherished and endeared.
Spirit of Africa,
In every living thing,
In every blade of grass,
And every bird on wing.
It's in the heart of the land,
Beating strong and true,
A connection to the earth,
In all that we do.
So let the drums beat,
And the fire burn bright,
For the spirit of Africa,
Is a never-ending light.
A land like no other,
A beauty like no other,
The spirit of Africa,
Forever in our hearts, it shall smother.
