Spring Colour Haiku Poem by Mary Champion

Spring Colour Haiku

Blue flowered design
on a terracotta plate
draws my fingertips.

Flashes of colour
splashing over the flowers.
Butterfly kisses.

Sun shines and bees buzz
around the lavender bush
sensing Summer's scent.

Blue-bells; bursting buds:
swallows soaring and diving;
Springtime's arrivals.
