Spring Showers Poem by Christian Hudak

Spring Showers

Drip, drip, drip
By day and night
Literature is full of rain
Offering spring showers
In a fervid light

Every era creating
Its own kind of downpour
Flooding its former ken
And giving rise
To a modern savior

A character finding shelter
In his hurricane
Unexpectedly
Forging this beautiful disaster
