Squabble Squabble..Gal.5: 15 (1)

The world looks on while Christians sing
She sees the so-called few
How some resent the slightest thing
And hate another’s view

One house says this, another that
Though Christ's The only Way
We all have welcome; on the mat
Yet who will come to stay?

Not one; who’s made The Lord their choice
Can hope to stand-alone
We must unite in heart and voice
In Christ as living stone

Then God can build on Zion hill
A house untouched by hand
That Jesus’ bride will come to fill
Within The Promised Land

But in the church God’s smelting pot
We’ve so much yet to lose
So Jesus’ Flame burns true and hot
To separate the ooze

We must lay down the sludge of old
Wash clean our pots of skin
To buy of God what can’t be sold
And bid Him dwell within

Allow God’s Iron to sharpen iron
Receive His Promised Dew
Put down tradition’s ancient wine
Take up and drink the new

Let’s drink as one, from Jesus’ cup
Embrace The Truth in love
That He who Love has lifted up
May share the same above....
