Squalid In Grey Poem by Antony Glaser

Squalid In Grey

Numbean clock makers
watch the last embers
of the day
running empty on echo
pouring laughter
velvet dolls with braids
eternally 4 am
the dancing of the harlequins of night
attracting moths
squalid in grey
scratch their guilded fears
parishioners eagerly debate
