Staring down at us
Through the night
Always there
Right up in the sky
Like a heavenly light
Inside you
Guiding you
Home when all
The other ways fail

I dedicate this poem to my mom. I wrote this poem on March 3rd 1930. My teacher had us right poems for a poetry book that we would give to our familes. So I was in school in my desk writing this poem called, 'Starlight.' I really love this acrostic poem.
