I love the way you laugh,
I love the way you smile.
I wish that you could come,
and stay for more than awhile.
There is so much I have to say,
so much I want to do.
So much I want to tell you,
like the three words I love you.
Do you know that I'm in love,
with the person that I see?
The person who's in hiding,
the person right next to me.
I love you oh so much,
How is it you can't tell?
Do you know what it's like,
to seek the person for whom you've fell?
-I know I love you,
but to me I doubt you feel the same.
Is it really true,
that love and life are like a game?
I wish that things were different,
and you and I could be,
but I dare not ask too much,
so your choices are all free.
