What steps can I take
to fixing a broken heart
I'm thinking and wondering,
just where I should start.
I'm trying to find an answer
to help me understand and see
broken hearts are a part of life
why, does it seem they only happen to me.
It feels like a bomb,
that goes off in your chest
It only gets harder,
for the person who comes next.
I try to tell myself
not every girl's the same
they just have different ways
of the game that they are playing.
after, being cheated on
a wall has formed around,
my heart never allowing me to feel
