Stillwater Poem by Dashaun Rashod Snipes

Stillwater

Rating: 5.0

Stillwater, so serene and calm
Reflecting the beauty, like a balm
In its depths, secrets untold
A mystery, waiting to unfold
The sky above, a canvas of blue
Mirrored below, in shades of hue
Clouds floating by, in silent grace
A tranquil scene, in this peaceful place
Trees leaning over, in silent embrace
Their branches dancing, in gentle grace
Birds soaring high, in the clear sky
Their melodies, in perfect harmony
The breeze whispers, a soothing sound
Ripples on the water, so profound
A symphony of nature, in perfect rhyme
A moment in time, frozen in time
Amidst the chaos, of the outside world
Stillwater remains, a sanctuary unfurled
A refuge for the weary, a haven for the soul
A reminder to find, the peace within us all
The stillness, a rare and precious gift
A moment of calm, in a world so swift
In its depths, lies a universe untold
Waiting for us, to delve and behold
Stillwater, a symbol of tranquility
A reminder to find, our inner ability
To embrace the stillness, and let it flow
For within us all, lies a stillwater's glow.
