Sting Of Death - Poem by PHIL WINTER

Unfailing sting of death
Ruler of passion and whim
Men must obey you
When you have settled
Unto the ones they love.
They must surrender
You have descended
Coming with thunderous stride!
There is no exit
No, not a person
can ever escape this fate.
You have descended
Coming with vengeance
Claiming the lives of men.
