story, poem, confession
a fragment is snatched
the flimsy puzzle that I am
losing them, one by one
the alarm light flickers
pin yourself to the ground
I evade from your eye shine
it’s taking me, piece by piece
when your mind’s made up
when you see the light
I can’t come running;
to rack and ruin, to nothing it is
