Sunrise Poem by Michele Clucas

Sunrise

The final embrace of sun and moon
The memory of night - breathes the hope of noon
Stars nestling deep into that velvet keep
Time flows on - Winds whisper sweet
As darkness into light passes that bright border
Shadow’s cold with fire’s blaze – Unite in divine order
Golden liquid as lightning’s flow
Night’s last glitter - day’s first glow
The cycle turns complete!
