Surrounded To Mosquitos Poem by Emmanuel Chibuike Ikechukwu

Surrounded To Mosquitos

Like the air thy fly
Across my nostrial
Like the wind blow

Leave my site
you lazy mosquito
Leave my site you coward

I have no place to pass this night
No place to drop this lazy sleep
No home to run to

I am here in the woods
Trying to pass the night
With the gentle weed of life

I am surrounded by mosquito
I am a prisonal to this insect
I have seen death today
