Survival Poem by Rajan Manandhar

Survival

I was send to struggle
without any adaptation.
Left alone with naked hand
I was in complicated situation.

Was challenged to survive
as long as I can.
But the question was
Can i do it being a dignified man?

In this dynamic environment
I thought to be unchangeable.
But this truth doesn't last long
My status wasn't so much durable.

The race was started
from the moment i was here.
Survival of the fittest
was the theory that i have to fear.

For development and survival
I kept on fighting.
For the right to survive
I kept on agitating.

All the agitation
were useless and went in vain.
I was the fool who fought
I was titled insane.

Society, environment and nature
were with whom i was fighting.
I was a jerk
Impossible this i was trying.
