Atomic whirling dervishes on speed
generate enough to boil an ocean.
When energy runs out it's guaranteed
we will feel the bitter bite of winter.
When frozen water can no longer flow,
movement slows and all our thoughts will centre
on shelter from the silent, drifting snow.
When stillness absolute has taken hold,
when ev'ry frame is frozen endlessly,
could light and time, preserved in perfect cold,
depict each living form eternally?
When light no longer flows and time can't fly
then we cannot grow old and cannot die.
