Sweet Daughter Poem by Mimie Durand

Sweet Daughter

My sweet daughter
What a princess she’s become,
Always looking out for others
One day her time will come.

She is a friend of many
And returns her friendship freely,
Generous, caring and affectionate
She’s an angel—really.

She is as cute as a button,
Upon entering a room she glows,
Touching all with her kindness
Her scent is of a rose.
