Sweet Love Of Christmas

Extend your love
_ivan, .. let it be
Just like the dove
_That lands on me

Recall the day
_When we saw eye
What a happy Friday!
_Not a minute was dry

I looked at you
_And you were perfect
A panoramic view
_Of Bo Derek

My heart was pounding
_And you don’t know
Your lips were smiling
_In the pictures that show

The night was lovely
_But the end draws near
Though the place was cozy
_Had to leave you my dear

Time is not forever
_That night was meant to end
But I’m expecting greater
_The more of you to blend

Feeling kin’da weak
_T’was a moment too soon
A feebled me who was meek
_So I just gazed at the moon

And as I turned away
_Threw a look from a-far
Saw you giggly and gay
_When you stepped into that car

But hey, I got your number
_To see what happens next
Think I’ll end up as a dreamer
_You did not reply on my text

So what else is left of me?
_No more crave to grab
Last resort that I can see
_Is to beg for your love

Say! decision of the jury
_To me I won’t decline
A paradigm of glee
_Just to chirp that honest line
