Take a day or two
To look at things in nature that are cool
To smell flowers and beautiful things
To listen to the birds sing

If you have a day off
And you're healthy and don't cough
Take some time to look at the sun
Watch the clouds as they dance and run

Put away your computer and turn off your phone
So you can go by some trees and roam
Move away from your worldly world
go talk to frogs and squirrels

And when you come back from your reflection day
Perhaps you'll see things in a different way
Perhaps you see the solution to the problem
Because you took some time away from the doldrums
