Take All My Misery - Poem by Kyle Schlicher

the room is empty
dust gathers
in the gray gloom
draping about lingering
memories
painting
the walls
a sad mosaic
of emptiness
and
loneliness

take all my misery
pile it
in the corner
where
happiness
once
lived
and
I can never go back.
