You taught us lessons
To change our system
And our life-styles.
Men and women, all,
To work from home.
No rushing to Doctors
For minor ailments.
We learnt to live
With minimalism,
Rather than spend-thrift.
Malls and weddings
Became bare Out-of-Bounds.
You brought back
'Namaste' in lieu of
Hugging and Shake-hands.
Politicians, devoid of
Speeches on streets
Not to pocket our votes.
No tourist visits, as,
Countries are set-apart.
We learnt to manage
Time as we please.
Time has now no use!
